
Although we hear about it often, most are not quick to recognize when they are experiencing symptoms of depression. There are many reasons why a person may experience depression. Significant and stressful events or life transitions can contribute to these symptoms. All of us will experience challenges through the course of our life, consider counseling if you are finding it difficult to cope with these events for a prolonged period of time, or you notice your ability to manage day to day life is suffering.
People suffering from depression may feel or express the following:
